Before filling out the below form, please check the following issues:



  • Restart your computer and check if the error occurs again

  • Make sure to use the latest version of your operating Operating System
    (go to "Control   Panel" - "Windows Update").

  • Make sure to use the latest version of your SDL Trados product
    (in the respective application, go to "Help" - "Check for updates").

  • Check in the SDL Knowledge Base if your problem and its solution is documented there.
